The following applies to the delivery of Lahjapaja Puuhari and it´s customers in the relationship between the Internet, through trade. Lahjapaja Puuhari sells products to private individuals, businesses and organizations.
1. Prices
Products don´t include value added tax 22%, when you order from foreign countries. When you order in Finland all products include value added tax 22 %. In mistake prices Lahjapaja Puuhari reserves the right to technical reasons, incorrectly recorded in the prices of repair. If the repair is already an order, it will not be processed until the corrected order has been confirmed the client.
2. Ordering

3. Payment and delivery
Private clients method of payment is: pay on delivery (only in Finland), advance payment: the goods shall be paid before the delivery date. In advance payment you can save pay of delivery which is currently 3.55 euros. In advance payment customer wait Lahjapaja´s e-mail, the account number and refrence number, so that the seller can be targeted to the right charge the client.
The products will be immediately delivery when a payment is reflected on Lahjapaja Puuhari´s account. Products will be the cheapest route possible, by Post Office or through the travel agency directly home or the nearest office.
Please note! Do not pay for the products until you have received your information of payment your order, either by email or by phone during working hours on weekdays at 9.00-17.00.
One hundred and thirty (130) orders in the euro deliver without freight costs. Free from fraight does not apply to discount prices (for example 25 pieces blades), and no gift´s wholesale.
Business customers pay are normally on accout. Lahjapaja Puuhari Ky is entitled to check the company´s credit information.
Schools pay by bill automatically, and we acknowledge knives and etc. supplies 10% discount. The discount does not apply to already reduced rates of special tariffs. Schools does not apply to free from freight.
Freight costs consist of mail by the current price of the package weight, and depending on the size of the post, as well as 3.55 euros. Selling of knife parts inherit the side of a consignment of two (2) euro for the packaging. (Does not apply to wholesale).
These prices refer to the Finnish border inside the consignment.
The delivery of products has been an average of 3-10 days.

4. Repayments
The customer is Finland´s Consumer Protection in accordance with the right to cancel the trade within fourteen (14) days after delivery. 5. Complaints
